Above vessel is due on the 30thof April, 2015 Our HSD documentation cut off is on the 23rd of April @ 1300 hrs.
This is for all cargoes to USA , Pls get all documentation in before cut off times
No Late Docs.
Please note that all dry units that are to be fumigated at the wharf to be received on second last day or first day of receiving please.
Please note all the receiving bills to be delivered to the receiving clerk (with shipment allowed stamp, r, a and c numbers on receiving bills) before cutoff date mentioned above for all export cargo to ensure units can be loaded on board.
Please note this is a requirement with US customs for verification of cargo via Agents

General Reminder
1. Effective May 1, 2015 the Emergency Fuel Adjustment Surcharge (EFAF) will decrease from U$ 667/20’ to U$ 413/20’ and from U$ 1334/40’ to U$ 826/40’.
2. Effective May 1, 2015 The Emission Control Area Surcharge (ECA) will decrease from U$ 49/20’ to U$ 35/20’ and from $ 98/40’ to U$ 70/40’.
3. This is a reminder that it is compulsory to submit the HS number for all cargo destined for or transhipping through the USA.
This information must be entered on all documents(bill of lading) sent to Hamburg Sud without exception.
