Additionally with its growing mining industry, the international demand for its sugar and molasses, its long term contract for pine chips with Japan, and a major supplier of fish, especially tuna to overseas markets, its garment industry, mahogany and timber shipments, and the growing demand for its food products, it continues to evolve as a significant exporter.
